- Offering free second opinion coordination services
We act as an intermediary between patients and healthcare providers. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical services directly.

- We do not guarantee specific treatment outcomes, appointment dates, or hospital admission.
- All final treatment decisions remain between you and your treating hospital/doctor.
- We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes made by the treating hospital or doctor.
✅ Our coordination services are provided free of charge to patients. We receive service fees from partner hospitals — this never influences our clinical recommendations.
8Payment & Fees
India Medi Trip's coordination and consultation services are free of charge to patients. However:
- All medical treatment costs are payable directly to the treating hospital.
- Travel, accommodation, and visa costs are payable to the respective service providers.
- Any additional services arranged through India Medi Trip may carry service fees, which will be disclosed upfront.
- All pricing information is indicative. Final costs must be confirmed directly with the hospital before treatment.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, India Medi Trip shall not be liable for:
- Any medical outcomes, complications, or adverse events arising from treatment received at partner hospitals.
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in information provided by hospitals or doctors.
- Any loss, damage, or injury arising from reliance on information published on our website.
- Delays, cancellations, or disruptions to travel or treatment arrangements.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees (if any) paid by you to India Medi Trip in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless India Medi Trip, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
